Orders for the workbook can be cancelled up to 72 hours from the time of the initial order. Orders will not be shipped until after 72 hours from the initial order placement.
All shipments of the Thinking at the Speed of Life workbooks are tracked and insured and will be replaced in the event of loss or damage.
