Are You Meant for More?

Is there something inside of you, telling you that you are meant for more?  You just know that you could be doing something more significant with your life.  You would love to be living in a certain style of house and driving that new model of car that you've been dreaming about.  There's a fabulous vacation in the Caribbean that's just begging to be taken, but you don't know how to make it all happen.  Disadvantaged people and deserving causes are seeking your help and you would like to contribute if you only had the extra resources.  Does this sound familiar?

I don't see how it's possible.

You may think that great success is only possible for a small group of lucky people.  Maybe you believe that it would take years of schooling and an expensive degree or you feel like you don't have the required aptitude.  If all that were true, having the life that you want could be out of reach.

There is good news!

People all over the world are discovering that having success in life is not based on what you do, it's all about who you are.

The good news is that you are meant for more.  You were designed to be more, do more, and have more, and I can help you.

I am Justin T. Peterson and I am a certified John C. Maxwell Coach/Teacher/Trainer/Speaker.  I've spent over thirty-one years in the Financial Services and Hospitality industries.  My passion is helping people grow so they can realize their potential.

Many of us remember our parents marking our age and height on a door frame as we were growing up.  It was a fun way to mark our physical progress.

Physical growth happens automatically for the most part.  If we get the necessary nourishment, sleep, and exercise, our bodies grow.  That could be why so many people never experience much personal growth.  They assume it happens automatically.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  It takes a great deal of intention and persistence to achieve personal growth.

Why is personal growth so important?  Personal growth changes who we are.  Who we are is the foundation for what we do.

Success in our jobs, careers, relationships, and goal achievements has everything to do with the amount of influence that we have with other people.

If you are an employee, your level of influence determines your effectiveness with team-members and supervisors.  The greater your influence, the more seriously you and your ideas and suggestions are taken.  A higher level of influence with your customers will translate into the achievement of higher sales goals.

The amount of influence you have is limited by the level of personal growth in your life.  You may have the same technical expertise and physical capabilities as a coworker but the quality of your output can vary significantly based on the level of personal growth that you each have.  The strength of character that you possess will impact the way you approach and carry out the duties of your position and how you interact with fellow employees and clientele.

Here's how I can help.

I want to help you increase the amount of influence that you have by raising your level of personal growth.  I have created an eight-week online course called Thinking at the Speed of Life.  Click the link to view a short introduction to the course.

Here is the format for the eight-week course:

Each week includes an introductory video on the personal growth topic of the week and a PDF Packet to download that contains the transcript of the week and an exercise or two to facilitate personal growth.  The amount of time required for each week's lesson will be approximately one hour.  The first week is a little longer.

After you have completed the course, you will have a deeper understanding of the process of personal growth and if you have sincerely engaged with the exercises and applied your learnings, you will experience personal growth.

You are in control.

As your level of personal growth increases, the amount of influence that you have with others will increase also.  The level of influence that you achieve will determine the amount of success that you will enjoy.  It's a great feeling to know that you control your destiny.

Where in the world you live, the style of house that you live in, the type of cars you drive, the clothes you wear, the contributions you make to others, and the goals that you accomplish are all based on the choices you make because of the person that you are.
